This is a large site of 15 acres within the city walls of Winchester. It comprises 24 apartments and over a 100 houses.

There are new and restored buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries.

The development enabled Winchester to have its cinema reinstalled in a military chapel and provided the catalyst for the hotel chain, Hotel du Vin.

The landscaping is also designed by Huw Thomas in conjunction with Sarah Eberle, transforming the old parade square into a large elegant garden.
